Work Out of the Week: Feb 3 - 7, 2025

Get up. Get going. Make a morning workout a part of your day and you will reap the benefits all day long.

And here we go .... remember, do your best!

5-minute warm up of your choice ---

Workout: 20-minute AMRAP

5 burpees

10 air squats

4 burpees

15 sit-ups

3 burpees

10 push-ups

2 burpees

60 second plank

1 burpee

PSA: Abs are made in the kitchen. You can´t out train a bad diet. If you´re looking to get ripped (or at least lean out some) for the summer you need to really focus on nutrition, water intake, and sleep. Need some help? Reach out! juan@wbhintl.com

Note: The W.O.W is to be done 2-3 times per week with a minimum of 24 hours rest between the workout. i.e. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Or, Tuesday and Thursday. Work to the level of your fitness and make sure to hydrate.
