Join me in our Spring into Summer Challenge!!

Starting March 20th and running through June 20th! Getting fit can be tough, especially alone. That's why I'm inviting you to be a part of this journey. Each week, I'll share a Workout of the Week every Monday, delve into nutrition tips every Wednesday, and offer motivation and strategies every Friday to help you reach your fitness goals. I'll even drop in with instructional videos to ensure you're using proper form and maximizing your workouts.

Workout of the Week 

Work Out of the Week: March 31-April 4, 2025

Spring to Summer Challenge Workout:

Please read through the entire post before starting the workout.

If you´re a beginner, cut the repetitions in half. Remember, work to the level of your fitness. Don´t overdo it!! Build it up slowly.

5-minute warm up of your choice ---

Workout:

Walkout Tap – from a standing position, walk it out to a push- up position, add the tapping element, and walk it back to a standing position.

  • First shoulders: return to standing position

  • Second knees: return to standing position

  • Third toes: return to standing position

200 meter run

Air Squats – 30

200 meter run

Push-ups – 20

200 meter run

Crunch with a Russian Twist – 10

200 meter run

Repeat for up to three rounds

Do your best!!!

The mantra for 2025 – “Show up. Do your best. That´s all that´s required.”

PSA: Abs are made in the kitchen. You can´t out train a bad diet. If you´re looking to get ripped (or at least lean out some) for the summer you need to really focus on nutrition, water intake, and sleep. Need some help? Reach out! juan@wbhintl.com

Note: The W.O.W is to be done 2-3 times per week with a minimum of 24 hours rest between the workout. i.e. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Or, Tuesday and Thursday. Work to the level of your fitness and make sure to hydrate.
