Important Note From Vintage Yoga

It’s really happening! The other day I was getting ready for my launch of DISCOVER and I saw this. “Stop Dreaming and Start Doing.” I realized that’s it! That’s where I am in my journey. I’m ready to stop dreaming and start doing.

I have finally done enough work on my inner game to have the courage to put myself out there. I’m doing it and I’m inviting YOU to try my program DISCOVER. If you’ve been dreaming about doing something but haven’t had the courage, the belief, the time, or whatever, to start doing it, then maybe it’s time to try a different approach.

DISCOVER is designed to help you uncover what’s been stopping you and help you move forward with your dream. My dream is to help other women who feel stuck in life, or perhaps are looking for more in life. Whatever you’re feeling I’d like to help you navigate that and see the possibilities for you.
